What do I Have to Do / Eligibility
First of all, you have to be able to live independently.
You must be eligible for Community Housing through the Department of Housing
Have an income and be willing to work with a support worker

How Long can I stay?
We are Transitional Housing and we work on 3-monthy leases.
The maxium you can stay is 12 months
?
Do I have to pay Rent?
Yes, rent is 25% of your income

Do I have to pay a Bond?
Yes, but not up front. We set up a payment plan that stops once your bond has been reached

How many properties
We have 20 standalone Properties
VPYA Has:
1x 1-bedroom 8x 2-bedrooms and 11x 3-bedrooms
Throughout the Perth Metro Area

PETS?
Unfortunately, no pets under any circumstances!
We can not accommodate any animals at our properties

Unfortunately, VPYA provides medium transitional housing only.
